Terms and Conditions
We hope you are pleased with all your purchases from Allergy Best Buys. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one year against defective materials or workmanship. Any product treated in accordance with the care instructions given and found to be defective within this time will be replaced or repaired at our discretion free of charge and we will refund the cost of return postage.
In the event of a product not being what you require please let us know in writing by email or post within 14 working days of receipt stating the reason for return. Please return your goods within a reasonable time, normally 28 days. We kindly request that returned goods should be unused, in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Return postage is your own responsibility; please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

Please Note We are unable to refund or exchange masks, bedding, towels, DermaSilk garments, creams, lotions, shampoos and treatments or items for personal care for reasons of hygiene and safety if the product has been opened.This does not affect your statutory rights.
