We hope you are pleased with all your purchases from Allergy Best Buys. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of one year against defective materials or workmanship. Any product treated in accordance with the care instructions given and found to be defective within this time will be replaced or repaired at our discretion free of charge and we will refund the cost of return postage.
In the event of a product not meeting your requirements, please let us know in writing by email or post within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason. We aim to respond to your message within 2 working days and may request that the item be returned. If we request return of the item, please return within a reasonable time, normally 28 days. We kindly request that returned goods should be unused with no tags and labels removed, in the original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Please ensure that garments are tried on over your regular underwear and that products are not exposed to perfumed products or to any pets if you consider you may need to return them. We cannot accept items that have been cleaned or laundered for return.
Return postage is your own responsibility; please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

Please Note We are unable to refund or exchange masks, bedding, towels, DermaSilk garments, creams, lotions, shampoos and treatments or items for personal care for reasons of hygiene and safety unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
