Chocolate Ice Cream


This is simple to make, delicious to eat and suitable for anyone with Milk, Egg, Wheat, Peanut or Nut Allergy

3 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons sugar
80ml oil
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
60ml powdered soy milk
120ml water

Mix all ingredients in an electric mixer until well blended. Pour mixture into 1pint container and freeze. Stir after 1 hour; return to freezer.
