Directions - Take 1 capsule containing gastro-resistant pellets with a small glass of water twenty to thirty minutes before meals (three times a day). If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, you can open it and eat the pellets inside separately. Swallow them whole without chewing, cutting or breaking them. If you prefer to set aside the Quercetin or Vitamin C, you can remove the yellow Vitamin C pellet and/or the orange / brown Quercetin pellet. The white DiAmine Oxidase pellets will still be effective.

Vegetable capsule: Coating agent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
