To alleviate dustmite allergy follow these four steps. 1. Encase your bedding in dustmite proof covers.  2. Use an air purifier to remove allergens from indoor air. 3. Use bedding that is either naturally dustmite resistant and/or can be hot washed to destroy dustmite allergen (see below). 4. Use dustmite eliminating vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners and sprays to clean your furnishings, fabrics and the air you breathe.
