| | Last wekend I bought a pair of Dryer Balls. The main reason I purchased them was my surprise and horror at learning that fabric softeners contain oil. I am now writing to say that all the positive statements made about Dryer Balls are true, based on my experience of using them for just one week. There is no doubt that they significantly decrease drying time in the tumble dryer which obviously will lead to savings on the electricity bill. The laundry feels soft and - amazingly - it is easier to iron. The iron glides smoothly and easily over the fabric. I am not in the habit of writing letters of this nature - in fact, this is the first time I have been prompted to do so.
